Cancellation Policy: - You will be invoiced for the entire payment when a reservation is made; however, if you prefer, a 25% payment can be made to hold the reservation. Full payment will then be collected 15 days prior to arrival.  -If cancelled (14 days or less) prior to your stay no refund unless we can rebook the dates. -If cancelled (15 days or more) prior to your stay a 25% cancellation fee may apply. Check in time: 4:00 PM (earlier check-in possible) Check out time: 11:00 AM (later check-out possible) Extra Guests (in excess of 4) -One time fee of $15.00 each Pets -One time fee of $20.00 (maximum of two dogs) Washington State tax of 8.6% will be added to published rates. We will prepare an invoice (via PayPal), just request the dates you would like to stay and we will e-mail you the invoice. Checks are also accepted. Check Availability Now

CLEANING FEE: $80.00. 60% ($48.00) refundable for partial cleaning.There is a cleaning check list at the cabin. If you choose to clean the cabin you will be reimbursed within 7 days. SMOKING: If you smoke, please smoke outside the cabin. PETS: Well behaved Dogs only. $10.00 Fee per day. There are further requirements related to this please contact us for details.
